Ever bag your game and then discover you left your knife in camp? Many years ago my dear old Dad showed me a trick.

Take an empty piece of brass, hold the mouth on a solid rock and beat on it with a hand-sized rock! Very easy to form a crude cutting edge. Get that animal gutted!
